"We went here checking the reviews first thinking it'd be good. We ordered a refresher and breakfast sandwich. Wait was long but they were busy so that's fine, but when we got to the car with our food, the sandwich was burnt and I somehow missing the cheese. The drink was super watered down. Total waste of money."

"Ordered the wrong drink on the app and forgot to order my lunch. Employees (Bea and Tobi) and the cashier (sorry, I forgot their name) were very nice. I tried the sample pumpkin chai tea something or other they had and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Then ordered my sandwich at the counter. I grabbed my pre-ordered drink... Verified it was mine/my mistake, and just didn't care for it... I normally would just drink it as it was my fault! But Bea and Tobi were so nice as they helped their other customers (and me as I was waiting for my lunch) - I asked them if they would mind switching out my incorrectly ordered drink for the sampled drink. They obliged and I left much happier than I would've! I'll be back soon! Thank you!"

"Staff was amazing. Walked in, rattled off my order, went to the bathroom,(which was impeccably clean with extra roll of toilet paper on the side), by the time I got out of the bathroom, my order was already waiting despite there being over 10 customers in the room. Took my drink, walked out. Smoothe, seamless mobile ordering."

"This place was so unclean. The hubby and i hadn't had a coffee date in a long time and this was our magical evening? The inside floor was FILTHY. For being closed for dine-in guests due to covid, I'd expect it to be immaculate. There was so much garbage on the floor, ---I--- wanted to sweep. The milk machine kept getting wiped with a milky rag that just kept sitting in a bin full of milky water and who knows the last time they changed out that rag. I wanted to enjoy our cold evening alone in the outdoor seating with our hot coffees. THAT area was a mess. Smh. Fail. I don't want to come back here. Starbucks has always been romantic, but this was like a bad mcdonald's"
