Lamps Plus

"I just wanted to send a shout out to Lamps Plus on Morena Boulevard… in particular to the manager Jeff Trice. Also, I’ve always enjoyed shopping at this store and sales associate Ruth is always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Today, in particular, I came in with an issue with a lamp I had that needed some attention, and Jeff made sure my needs were met. By the time I left the store, they had shown me how to adjust the part of the lamp that needed adjusting and gave me a tool for future use should it happen again. I will continue to shop at this store because of the level of professionalism of Jeff and Ruth.!!!!"

"Neighbor told me to go to Lamps Plus to buy a new ceiling fan - even though they were more expensive than the big box retails. I found the fan I wanted but unfortunately aft 5 years the motor crapped out and I kept the box and receipts and noticed the motor had a lifetime warranty. I took it back to Lamps Plus San Diego Morena Blvd and sure enough - Dustin the Manager verified it was a motor issue and replaced the fan with a newer model. There was a sight up charge on the newer fan but so be it. Ya got to love a store and company that stands by there products and service and lifetime warranty!"

"Nicholas was excellent to work with from the moment we arrived. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He was non pressuring, and even worked with the installer to speed up the installation for a special occasion so that we would have our chandelier ready for the celebration. With todays typical slack in service, it was so nice to actually feel as though the customer comes first, and hands on approach is alive and well at this location. The surrounding staff were all extremely helpful as well, and very professional. Ten Stars!"

This type of service can be hard to come by these days, but they know their lighting and what looks good together. We were looking for a masculine rustic piece with larger bulbs and a wood-like accent with hints of luxe gold and black. This is what we found. Thanks guys!"
