"It was my first time coming back to this location since covid and I noticed a decline in quality of care. I paid $140 for Brazilian and armpit for a five minute session. A flat out rip off to say the least. My first six sessions prior to Covid were very pleasant and welcoming. I liked the outcome and results of the Brazilian and armpit package that I previously purchased because it felt like the staff and manager cared about their clients to aim for spectacular results. I decided to make a trip to this location due to my loyalty and previous experience but unfortunately I will not come back nor refer any friends, family and colleagues to come. I refuse to give this place anymore money because I simply asked for management to call me due to miscommunication and I received an email with no apology or compensation. The laser hair removal was extremely quick and not thorough like previous years. I was not informed that my visit would cost $140 prior to my session or I would've chose a different location near my home. It is a huge amount for five minutes of service. I highly suggest you go elsewhere if you want to be treated with better care and service from an RN and management."

"I’ve been going here for years and while the treatments were working overtime, The parking situation is horrendous and the customer service was not handled well I missed my appointment and called ahead of time to tell them I would not make it because of the family emergency and they charged me over $70 just for a cancellation. They texted me the day of to see if I wanted to come in, and I was being courteous and tried to fill their spot, and then an accident happened with my family and they could not accommodate after I’ve been a client for years now. Definitely not going back."
