I was disappointed to learn that Kaiser Permanente still examined my eyes through a naked eye examination process instead of modern and advanced technology in order to get better results and to eliminate extreme bright light on my eyes. My optometry doctor has far more advanced technology than Kaiser. I didn't get any new or useful information from the Ophthalmology department on this visitation. 2. I also made a request for the doctor to examine my dry, burning and itchy eyes, but nothing was done. It was a waste of time and money."

"The Dr was very polite and he took my concerns very professionally and I have nothing bad to say about him ! My bad experience was with the nurse the took my vitals and was asking me questions I think her name was Laura Young She was not professional and make me feel very embarrassed Something happen with my insurance and I was showing as non member and she asked me about it and I told her I wasn’t sure and it has happen before and usually is a just a mistake and I was going to use the believe me policy, and then she starts making fun of it , she would comments like “ you’ll get a bill on the mail for $3-$4 K and believe me will not help “ “ I’m not sure if the Dr will even want to see you because if you need to get anything done you can’t because you’re a non member “ anyways she walk out of the room and I can hear her talking about me laughing about what I say to her and she keep repeating to the others about me and the I will get a $3-$4k bill , this make me very uncomfortable and I didn’t appreciate the way she handle my issue , when I finished my consultation I walk out of the run and I can see the others nurses including Young looking a me kind of laughing I called my insurance and they told me I was fine I do have my insurance active that it may has been just a glitch or something else but I didn’t have to worry about it The nurse young should have handle the issue differently!"

"Dr Do is excellent physician. I never feel rushed. He listens, asks if I have questions and answers them to my satisfaction. In 2015 I had a biopsy when I couldn't reach radiologist and primary care dr, I contacted Dr Do. He got the results quickly, called me right away. Results-it was malignant-and he had already made a referral to surgeon he preferred. She was great. I so appreciated him doing this. I see him now for chest wall exam. I highly recommend him."
