"Terrible service. Slow--much slower than the promised 4-6 weeks. Worse, after the 6 weeks elapsed, there was NO proactive communication. When I challenged FoamOrder, I got a cursory "oh gee, we're running behind" excuse. Nothing was even attempted to "make things right". Poor quality: I ordered two cushions and both were incorrect. One was supposed to be a 24x29" rectangle, but one side was 23". The other was supposed to be 78" long, but was 77" long. For $1000, I am disgusted by their performance. Worse, their customer "service" team is absolutely unwilling to accept any accountability. The customer service manager keeps repeating that I need to take better pictures of the measurements, because "it is policy", but when I ask if it is also policy that FoamOrder makes a quality product in the first place, she goes silent. I've been refitting this boat for 3 years, and this is the WORST service/supplier that I've run across. To anyone considering working with FoamOrder, RUN AWAY! at high speed. Try any other vendor, but not this one!"

"tl;dr - quality yet inexpensive way to rejuvenate furniture We've had this sofa for over twenty years - it's well built (so we didn't want to purchase a new one) but the cushions were soft and have gotten mushy over the years. Mom likes to take naps on it and the non-supportive cushions helped her sciatica to flare up. A quick Google search and I found Foam Order. The prices are very reasonable and I thoroughly enjoyed the walk-through process to order. A bit anxious about trusting my measuring (being a cushion), so ordered just one (three cushion sofa) I liked the different foam options. Went with EverFlex Very Firm (V54) with the Daycron wrap as these were going into existing sofa covers. Arrived in less than two weeks, fit perfectly, and were a noticeable improvement (in the picture, the left cushion is from Foam Order, the right cushion is the original). Ordered two more cushions and they fit perfectly while providing the firm support that has been missing. Mom approved is the highest recommendation that I can give"

"Firm cushions have helped with my back I was looking to replace 6 year old down cushion inserts with something that would be firmer and more supportive for my lower back. I had developed back pain after transitioning from work to home and my cushions just weren’t cutting it any more. I found the instructions for how to measure easy to follow, though I wish you could just enter the cushion cover measurement and the company do the math for adding or subtracting based on the foam you selected. The cushion arrived within 14 days of placing my order and were vacuum packed. They did off gas a little, but it was totally bare able and not overpowering. The cushions were a little difficult to get into my covers, particularly where the core foam was exposed. (I chose a partial wrap of the outer batting). I will like make some muslin covers for the foam the next time I clean the cushion covers. All and all, would purchase from this company again."

"I was reupholstering an old chair that did not have any cushions. I ordered custom cushions and covers from FoamOrder and am so happy with how they turned out. I spent a little more for the down envelopes and they are very comfortable. Production did take roughly 5 weeks due to the covers being custom, but customer service was very helpful with updates. I'd definitely recommend them for your upholstery needs."
