"Fabulous experience and craftsmanship! I got my 1970s couch and a glider rocking chair and ottoman reupholstered, and Edwin did a beautiful and artistic job. He also helped me to pick appropriate fabrics for each piece. He is also the only biz I found that does the job on-site instead of shipping it to another location to do the work. One well-known biz on San Pablo Ave wanted to charge me $500.00 (Edwin gave me this service for free and also gave me a brand new couch to use while he was working on mine so i would not be without a couch!!!) just to move the pieces back and forth from their warehouse. Also, the cost of the work was in line with buying new pieces which would never have the same quality framework. In short, use Edwin's services because they are superior!"

After more than 80 years the fabric had given way and become brittle and easy to tear, the cushions had seen better days and the springs were done.
