"Really quite disappointed in this place. Bought a bed, they initially said they deliver, then that they don't and use a 3rd party operator, then they could and it would arrive Friday. Friday comes and at 5pm they deliver the bed, only to realize they are missing a key part - and can't put it together. Fine, stuff happens. But they can't come until the next day. So I have no where to sleep. The bed has also some dings / damages. The next day comes and they arrive around 11am, without the original manufacture part. I call Tenzin (the owner) and we agree that $200 credit to my CC is fair, given the bed they sold me has damages and not all parts. Or so I think. He apparently thought I was asking for a $200 credit for a lamp purchase. I followed up to clarify - then he ghosted. Just no reply, quite rude. I can't recommend the quality of the items or the customer service."
