"Item purchased: Martin Furniture Desk And Return, Weathered Dove I would've never spent over $1000 on cheap cardboard. None of the legs are stable and it's not real wood for all of this money which has resulted in this expensive desk breaking down like cheap cardboard, no longer safe to use. You can't move it, it has to stay in one place because any movement caused the cheap material and the screws to make a cracking sound and this is with three people trying to be as gentle as possible. Ridiculous. I would've never bought this item knowing you only have thirty days to return it - that's a red flag in itself - realistically, the return policy was over before it was delivered."

"Had purchased a 5 piece desk set second hand, which included two 2 drawer file cabinets. For easy access to the files from the desk, I wanted 2 sets of cross bars so my files would be facing me from the desk. I spoke with a customer service rep who was very friendly and helpful and knew just what I wanted. I received within days and there was no charge. What a model for customer service!"
