"The items they sell and their corresponding descriptions veil the truth....that the item is just a piece of garbage that won't work but they'll sell it to you anyways. Instead of thinking about the "savings" you'll have by buying here, think about the money that you will be burning. There is no bright side. There is no pro/con analysis. Doing business here is a waste of time, money, resources, gas, effort, and you are worth more than anything this place has to offer. Their current rating is not an accurate reflection of the business they conduct. It ought to be worse. I purchased an exercise equipment for my New Year's resolution. Big mistake"

"I bided on and bought a total of 117 items over the course of 2 weeks. I made the appointment as told to do via email confirmation. Yet, when I went to pick up my items from auction sale # 2773; 2771; 2772; 2769; and 2773 they could not find 18 of my items. I was told that they had gotten damaged because of being there for a week or they never had the item. Funny since #2773 was from the 11th of September, a day ago and it was missing a 32" desk. Are you kidding me?? Now you tell me that they NEVER had the item!! If I do not have my money back with a written apology from your corporate office and Ray Torres, I will file charges of theft. Period. Canon copier (2), a treadmill, paint sprayer, wooden sand box, sports table tennis, water dispenser, bookcase, wooden outdoor playhouse, child factory crawl through, cork bulletin board, L shaped workstation, cherry wood storage cabinet, 16-piece floor mat, trash cans (2), and baby shark bean bag. All named just so happened to have fallen and broke. REALLY????? Now you owe me over 1500.00 and your staff does not know when I will get my refund! Needless to say, I am VERY upset!!!"

"- Would like to explain the auction house a bit... Auction basically means you are 50 50 chance getting what you want or close to it.. - I never had any issues at all other then a few times an item wasn't found or unavailable. - I know that if I buy store items and if you read the directions it specifically says store returns are no refunds.. Per some reviews here didn't read. - The lady in office is really nice - The workers do there best to bring your stuff out in a timely matter and work in the heat and make sure you get what you purchased... So, try to be nice to them as they are working for you. - 50 50 gamble here and those are sometimes chances you are making and need to understand that sometimes yeah... it aint all gravy but they help you if something is broken."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! Half of their "New In Box" items are used and often damaged beyond use!! After they refused to exchange the item or accept a return (with photos of the damaged products), I commented on their Facebook post. My account was disabled after that. They'll tell you they're a reputable family owned business as if that makes it ok sell bad product on the false promise that it is new."
