"The wall unit/bed looks great installers did a wonderful job. Went over the safety features, and had me demonstrate how to pull the bed down and put it back up. The only reason why I gave them three stars instead of five is the poor communication from the warehouse. But they before they were supposed to come and deliver my bed. I was harassed at work about my balance, which had been paid off over the weekend, and they insisted that they never received it. a couple of hours later that was resolved. Then they changed my delivery time to a different window. 15 minutes before the end of that two hour window I called to find out if these guys were even coming since they were supposed to give me a 30 minute heads up and I had never heard from them. I was finally called 20 minutes after the two hour window was out. They had got a late start on the other job and got delayed And wanted to have a quick lunch before they came to my house. I was already irritated by the whole sequence of events so I told them to cancel me for the day. I told Dan at the warehouse that I feel I should get a discount/refund on my delivery fee. He told me they would need to speak to the manager Bert, which I have not done yet, but I will be doing."
