"Bedroom set was purchased, realized after the fact that for the quality I way overpaid. I requested a new dresser as the one I purchased was defective, when they arrived to replace the dresser, they were extremely condescending to me and made me feel like I was crazy. I ended up allowing them to only “touch up” the defective dresser, also a big mistake, but they made me feel very uncomfortable during delivery. They also damaged my stair railing during the original delivery. When they returned, they offered to touch up my railing as well. I said it was fine, and after they left I inspected. It looks like they took a red crayola marker to a black stained stair case. It’s absolutely horrible. I wanted to support a local business, which was a mistake, next time just go to Jerome’s."
