"All best bug location suck, not only that there customer service is the worse, do not purchase memberships with these guys they are a bunch of scammers, once ur membership expires, and you try to renew it they will have you do a new renewal to not cover any of your previous purchase of appliances or electronics. They do not care for you or your needs specially corporate they are the worse customer service I ever experienced. They are only re sellers buy from LG direct Samsung direct Sony direct cut these losers off and don’t give them your extra money for what?"

"I went there to look for something. Specific student in the aisle for about a 1/2 an hour. Looking confused and not 1 person approached me and asked if I needed help. I finally had to find Somebody. To help me and wanted a bringing the product back because it was the wrong item. Customer service is not that great. It could be better. Especially when you have a lot of things to do and don't have time to waste. Standing in waiting for somebody to help you or looking for somebody to help you"

"I had an amazing experience at this Best Buy. I came in to purchase a laptop. I can honestly say I was being annoying with my indecisiveness and trying to price match everything. But Chris and Levi where extremely patient and helpful. They answered any and all questions I had and guided me to the best option for my needs. I took my sweet time making decisions and deciding weather or not to finance. I went back and forth and they continued to help me with a smile. THANK YOU Chris and Levi!!!! You two are great people and have a talent for customer service."

"Took my bosses laptop in to get serviced. Eddie helped me out and was very professional, explained everything in detail, he was extremely knowledgeable. Been in customer service for 20 years and this gentleman was superb at his job. Answered all of my questions about tech as he wrote up the report. And it was quick and easy. Great geek squad staff and Eddie is awesome"

"Just left and wanted to type a review asap, incredibly helpful and awesome staff helped me with an issue at checkout as well a return. I think their names were Jake, Ms. Rhonda and a gentleman wearing a black shirt were the ones that helped me at checkout, and it was the staff working the customer service desk with one member training another. They were all awesome and made everything go by fast, effectively, and were incredibly nice. Normally I wouldn’t post a review over stuff like this, but for staff members like this I had to.
