"Good experience. Picked up the dining room set I bought on sale 4 weeks ago. This is a warehouse, not a retail furniture gallery. Belevedere AV locarion. I received a message advising me of my order's arrival at their warehouse, 2 days prior to going there. It's a very convenient location for me. Way closer than the actual retail store. I took my receipt to the office window, as their signs clearly instruct a customer who's picking up an order to do. I was there close to the advertised 5pm closing time, and no one else was waiting. The clerk verified my receipt & photo ID & told me to back my truck up to to the loading dock. I waited maybe 5 minutes before a very nice warehouse worker appeared with my box & loaded it into my truck. The "unassembled" table & chair set fit perfect! I signed the receipt, after he verified my name was on the order, got my copy & was home by 5:02PM.."
