The two ladies sitting at the desk didn’t care to ask if we needed anything, and we were in the store for almost half an hour. It would’ve been nice if they offered to help if we needed anything, even if we were just browsing."

We own the Rowena sectional couch for our living room and I can't tell you how COMFORTABLE this couch is. It's also incredibly easy to care for with removable cushion covers that wash out incredibly easily. We also own all pieces (sans the vanity, regrets!) of the Juneau bedroom set. My husband loves the high chest and I love the dresser. The service provided by both the assembly crew and the customer service agents was phenomenal. "Great couches. Super sturdy and comfortable; if you remove the back cushions they are about as wide as a twin bed. Stylish without being trendy. We also bought a recliner which didn’t work for us at all and they let us return it with no problem. Good experience overall."

"I had such a great experience at Scandinavian Designs! After looking everywhere with no success, I found the exact bed I wanted on their website. I decided to go to our local showroom to see it in person before purchasing it. I was greeted immediately, and when I described what I was looking for, the associate took me right to it. It was actually at the front of the store. I asked some questions and they were all answered very knowledgeably. The bed was gorgeous, functional (thanks to the storage drawer), sturdy, and reasonably priced. As I looked it over and tested the drawer, several other customers took notice and expressed their interest, too. I wanted to look around at all the other beautiful furniture and the associate said he'd be there to help me if I needed him. I appreciated not being hounded, and was also impressed with how he checked in on me to see if I had any questions along the way. It was a really wonderful shopping experience. I purchased the bed that day and he was able to schedule delivery and assembly exactly when I wanted it. Delivery was a breeze, the assembly was quick and perfectly done, and the delivery people were very professional. This was an A+ experience from start to finish, and we're absolutely in love with our new bed!"
