"I went to purchase a vanity and the sales guy could not open the box for me. He did however open another box for me and claimed it was the exact same. It was not one has white lines more rustic style with the other is more solid color. I tried to return or exchange. They denied the request. However they take cash only from the back of a warehouse so it seems likes these are returned vanities they resale for cash on hand. Beware. Double check before you buy. Will be reporting this company. You’re better off going to Lowe’s."

"We purchased a floating vanity from this company, tried to cancel it days before we received it. They couldn’t, which I understand. We never opened it and shipped it back. They charged me the shipping fee, plus 20% restocking. The packaging box was so tore up I was just about sure the vanity would be damaged. No where in the description does it tell you about their return policy. Please make sure you order the right size, before purchasing."

"I recommend not purchasing anything from Urban Furnishing. The company is basically a broker, importing merchandise from Asia and delivering it to customers in the US. They seem to have very little quality control over their products. I purchased a bathroom vanity from Urban Furnishing that arrived damaged. The countertop was cracked, a drawer mechanism was inoperable, and the wood as damaged. Upon seeking a resolution, Urban Furnishing has been disagreeable and overall incapable of providing a replacement vanity. I've spent countless hours attempting to achieve a resolution with Urban Furnishing. They are unwilling to correct the issue. Urban Furnishing is unfortunately unable to guarantee you receive the product for which you paid. My opinion is you'd be better off dealing with a more reputable company just in case something were to go wrong with your product or order."
