"Called prior to coming, had a lot of new items they didnt take any, had three totes full to the top name brands a lot of them and once again the girl said light items we are only accepting. I would expect brand new things you would take first and name brand. Wasted my time coming here very rude. Also told not accepting baby then out two basked full of shoes and most of them with tags. She takes the baby girl shoes. I chose to items for my girls to exchange. Still had to pay money because she forgot I had asked her. Never again. Id rather waste my time and put a yard sale outside."

"I called in advance to see if they were accepting my items, I was told a yes and when I got there, they took nothing Not worth the gas wasting Plz don’t waste your gas (Update) Thank you for apologizing, but it was missing the cords and the breast pump machine is brand new (which wasn’t mentioned in the phone call that it needed to have all the parts but I did say the machine was new over the phone) Again it was mentioned on the phone call to see if i could sell maternity clothes which the store said yes but it was also a lie when I got there. You mentioned about the condition of the items and I understand that product condition is important but it saddens me to see that toys were scattered and not organized and some clothing were really worn out to me. I hope the store can have some better quality items in the future/ I hope for better communication on the store behalf to future customers."

"They make you rate them 5 stars in order to get a discount. Stuff is extremely overpriced compared to other places. They do not accept coupons because their owner doesn't accept coupons and is rude. Was staring at us the entire time"

"Horrible! Bought PJ’s for my grandson and didn’t realize until I got them home that they had a big hole in them. There policy is no returns after 7 days. Explained to the manager that I don’t live here. It’s not like I changed my mine……..they had a big whole which the manager said should have been caught before they were put out for sale and should have been caught when I paid for them. Still no wavering…….Still wouldn’t exchange them. Be aware of the policy and that they don’t check things very well. Not going back!"
