"Have been trying to work with Strom Living for over 7 months to get correct replacement parts for a shower valve body that failed. Have spent over $900 in incorrect parts that have not solved the problem, not to mention over $1000 in plumber's charges because they've had to return to our home multiple times to try to install different (but incorrect) parts that Strom had us purchased. They have "ghosted" my plumber and myself at this point as we've tried to resolve with them what is needed for the repair. They do not reply to emails. They do not answer their phone. They do not return voicemails. It feels as though we've been scammed. I have a shower we cannot use with no apparent pathway to repair it. I see that the owner has periodically responded to negative reviews on Google and I am sincerely hopeful they will do so here. To say that we've received poor customer service from Strom Living is the understatement of a lifetime."

"One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Purchased a complete bathroom plumbing set totaling thousands. When our plumber was ready to install it the dimensions on their spec sheet were incorrect. This should have been the first sign they were an awful company. He called them for support and they could do nothing. When the fixtures were installed the specs also specified do not sure Plumber putty only silicone. My plumber said he had never heard of that. The finish on our handheld Sprayer came off, our shower head tarnished, the handheld hose broke, and the hose turned green. The warranty rules are ridiculous check for yourself. The website looks so professional but the company is not. They make so Many warranty rules that it makes it hard to ever get them to replace anything. The retailer where I bought the fixtures from stopped carrying they stuff because the company and products were bad"

"My customer ordered some Plumbing Fixtures from this place. She spent thousands.. I'm a busy contractor and my lead time to start this job was several months. After I started putting together everything I found that There were several parts missing from her shower faucet fixtures andShower curtainAssembly. I called Strom and brought this to their attention. They said because 30 days had passed since my customer bought the parts they would charge her for parts they did not pack when she bought her fixtures.They were going to charge her$140 for one tiny little brassPipe they neglected to put in the boxThey were going to charge herA lot of money for other parts that were missing.Add to this the fact that it took me nearly two weeks to get a customer service rep on the phone."

"Bought a top of the line clawfoot tub shower kit with British telephone in 2003. The coating was supposed to be a warrantied for life as it was “super coated brass”. The finish tarnished badly within a couple of years while a Glacier Bay lifetime brass faucet we purchased and installed in the same bathroom still looks brand new like the day we bought it. Called to check the warranty, and they now say we have to send back all the parts for them to recoat. The plumbers fee plus the weeks involved with sending them where we wouldn’t have a shower in our house makes the deceptive warranty very impractical. If they just sent replacement parts it would be smooth and efficient but the warranty is written in such a way where up front you think you are covered and after you purchase, it’s pretty much worthless. Avoid this brand. Better options out there for less money and with better support."

"We ordered a bathroom shower through a local plumbing vendor. The box arrived missing several key pieces and the mounting hardware. I made the plumbing vendor aware immediately. And I made Strom aware as well. After 5 business days, we have been told through the plumbing vendor in 3 more business days they will mail the rest of the shower. It was their omission and they won’t overnight what is missing? And they never responded to me. Quality of the product seems very good but service is awful especially considering the cost."
