"Customer service is outstanding. I was in need of a box spring and called to see if any were available. Richard helped me out and luckily there were a few and was also given the option to purchase one from the floor for a lower price. I didn’t feel like I was trying to be upsold and Richard really went out of his way to ensure what I wanted to buy was what was right for me. He took the time to explain the differences between the products that he had while I considered my options. Richard also helped load the boxspring and secure it to my vehicle.
