"The customer service was great. I was greeted and given a Jimmy Choo sample on our way out of the door. It was clean and organized. However, two of the older Black women behind the perfume counters seemed very upset. They weren’t eager to help and glared at my mom, sisters, and I. They didn’t say anything to us but we definitely didn’t want to ask them for help. The samples were great but a little messy in the makeup aisles. The makeup cashier really seems to know their stuff. They were a great hire! There was a little wait but the checkout process was very smooth. We were able to get the perfect Father’s Day gift thanks to one of the men behind the perfume counter (a Black man with dreads and glasses)"

"I didn't know there was a Starbucks inside Macy's, 2nd floor next to mall entrance. Nice spot to get a coffee and take a little break. Line wasn't too busy. They had charging outlets and Macy's had free WIFI."
