"I used to love J.C. Penney. For years it was my favorite store for clothing needs and household items such as pots and pans. However, over the last few years I have seen a decline in all of the stores I have visited. It reminds me of K-Mart back in the days before others such as Walmart and Target took over. Everything seems to be thrown on to tables in a swapmeet-style fashion. At this particular location though. The sales people were every helpful and efficient."

"Register was open In the home section, line was completely wrapped around the shelves for clothes on the third floor, I had 4 baby outfits and a curtain , I politely asked a middle aged woman if I could check out in the home section since it was my last stop, I was referred to the long clothing line to check out , this was the third register I had approached, I get it, it’s busy but she was just standing in the corner socializing and the conversation was not work related. I put the home item back and proceeded to wait in the very long clothing line. Went over to Nordstrom rack and was serviced quickly and efficiently."
