"Me and my wife were just in town for the weekend for our anniversary from out of state. We had been talking about getting a new bed when we got back home, but while out and about we stopped in at the Mattress Firm in Mission Valley where we meet Will the sleep expert. At first we just wanted to get some expert advice on our sleeping habits and what/which mattress would be the best to suit our sleeping needs. Will's expert knowledge of each products we felt very comfortable with his sales experience. Will was not an over/up sale salesman at all. "Was helped by Patty who was very patient and knowledgeable in helping me look for a new mattress to replace my 15 year old one! She also made sure i got the best price and looked into outlet options as well and wasn’t very pushy when I told her I wanted to take the night to sleep on making the decision and would be back the next day! The other employees were also very personable and remembered me looking around the day before. I appreciated the text messaging system they used to communicate with me and send a copy of my invoice.
