"I ordered bunkbeds online at Jeromes and received a telephone call shortly afterwards. The woman was very professional and asked if I needed to buy mattreeses, bunkie boards and mattress covers. She walked me through my various options and explained the various firmness of the mattress es and which ones were purchased most often for young children. She sent me photos of the items I was considering which was very helpful. Once I chose what I wanted she stayed on the phone while I paid online. She then asked me what delivery date would be best and that was set too. She was so helpful. I appreciate her help. I can’t wait to receive my items tomorrow."

"Our sectional which was delivered was not what we had ordered but after calls and going to speak to Mitchell and Sunny they were very accommodating and made it right by ordering us the correct couch. Thank you to both of them! 5 stars for this order For my second order i ordered an area rug end of November as a Christmas gift for my mom. I was going to pick up since delivery was $90. Well 2 weeks after I placed the order I still hadn’t been contacted to schedule a pick up so I called and was told it was not in stock when I ordered and that the new expected delivery date was mid December. I was not that upset about this since it still gave me time to gift it. However mid December came around and I had not received an update so I called and they told me it was expected end of December. At this point I was upset, because now I would not have a gift for my mom and also when I bought the rug it did not clearly state anywhere that it was out of stock. I also let the staff know that I was never notified of the late arrival until I brought it to their attention. And right after that I received a text stating the late delivery - so I’m assuming whoever had to send the message about the late delivery never did in a timely manner. Then still no update and end of December I call and I believe I’m speaking to a manager, she tells me the rug will arrive mid January and I express to her my frustration. She has no sympathy. Mid January rolls around and I had to call Jerome’s to ask for an update and I’m speaking to the same manager. I tell her I’m very frustrated with Jerome’s for the fact that the website allows customers to buy something that is out of stock- that should not be allowed, it should just say out of stock so that customers know not to spend money on it (because they took my money immediately) and to wait until it’s back in stock. She gave me attitude and said “ma’am on order means out of stock” in what language? No ordinary customer would know that that means out of stock. I told her I would never buy from Jerome’s again and she gave me attitude and said sorry you feel that way bye. And it’s January 26 and I am finally receiving my rug. 2 MONTHS LATER - 1 star"

"This experience has been short of a nightmare. Impossible to reach someone to talk to to arrange delivery. The automated system drives you I'm circles but never leads you to a real person. Press 2 to schedule a delivery, enter the zip code XXXXX, transfer to the local showroom then again press 2 to schedule a delivery, enter zip code, and this circle never stops. I gave up and canceled the order. This is horrible customer service. Total disregard for customer's time."

"I initially bought online but went to the Jerome's in Murrieta to actually see what I purchased. I'm so glad I did. My salesman which, unfortunately I forget his name, helped me find what I was looking for. Very happy with my purchase and was able to get the protection plan after the fact before it was delivered."
