"I love their bulk outdoor furniture! They have great quality & the sizing of their products make for a top of the line product. I have 2 of their outdoor living room sets since mid this year, and I can say they are still in great condition, rain or shine. Although, I must admit I do bring in the cushions on super rainy days & super hot days just to over protect them, gives me a piece of mind. However, they do have Sunbrella as the brand for the cushions which is the best for outdoor usage. In addition, the gentlemen that work their are very friendly and work with you for delivery & set up."

The salesman was just sitting on his chair talking on his phone, no one in the store. When he did get up he gave me a price turn around and sat down again. Then we asked him what he could order he got and found a book, then the phone rang got on the phone again so we left. I would get a new salesman."

"I went to Patio World to buy a BBQ knowing from other reviews that they would likely be more expensive, but I wanted quality and you pay more. The place was empty. One other customer was browsing. After speaking to me for a minute, the salesman turned his back on me and went to help them with an umbrella. He didn't excuse himself or say, "I'll be right back". He just walked across the store. And I walked out. I would not shop here for patio needs. Not ever. And I'll tell my friends."
