"I have rarely found customer service so well perfected. I purchased a fine rug from them and loved it. I came back and purchased another one shortly after. Quite some time later I showed up and was simply shopping. One of the employees asked about my rugs and I mentioned I was satisfied with the one but the other not so much. Days later they took my old rug back and gave me a brand new one just to make sure I was happy!!! NOT needed and insane service! A must for anyone!"
