The lady was very rude and basically told me that most likely I ordered a firm mattress. Not like! Never ever in my life have I liked a firm bed. So then she tells me they only repair if springs are protruding. Then on top of that they don't pick up. So I would have to rent a Uhaul to bring it in to them after a long debate with that evil one.
