With a flat response from the male at the business telling me to go to their website and amazon. I would find my answer there. Clearly he was not going to take the time to answer my question. Disappointing interaction and won’t call or make a purchase here. PLEASE DON’T RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE PATRONIZING LIKE YOU WERE WITH THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS!!! Do some reflection first before you type a response. Because if that is how you are tempted to respond. It’s definitely a YOU problem."

"The wine barrel I ordered was advertised as a wine barrel and that's what I wanted. It leaked and was not made well. We were met with rude customer service that did not back up their advertised product. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. STAY AWAY!!!"
