"The owner sold me a broken product and refused to exchange it. I came back after 1 minute once I opened and tested it and he initially refused to give me a refund. Once the other girl working confirmed the thing was broken he reluctantly agreed to a refund, but then he refused to sell me anything else OR exchange it! He yelled at the girl working there about not wanting to make a refund. He yelled at her for asking to sell me a different brand. I left with a broken device. Not worth my time to argue with such a rude person over selling me a faulty product. Honestly don’t know how he still is in business. Awful attitude. Awful service. Waste of my money."
