"Purchased a shirt for my son in mid June. He wore it once 3 weeks later and the graphic peeled off in the wash. Called store to see what could be done and was told their return policy is within 7 business days and nothing could be done. We didn't even leave from vacation until after 7 days. Disappointing that this is how customer service is done but you get what you pay for."

"Great selection and reasonable prices BUT their NO RETURN and LIMITED EXCHANGE policies are out of the dark ages. There's a small red sign not far from the cash register with lots of words and easy to miss. I got a gift for my wife so I asked as I was paying. They explained that exchanges only allowed for 7 days from purchase. "What about returns?" I asked. "We don't allow any returns" and she pointed me to the sign. That was unacceptable to me - this is a gift. By then my Visa card had been approved - and with my purchase still sitting on their counter I said "Void the Visa transaction please - this is not acceptable to me". I was told they couldn't do that - it was a return. I owned a retail store for many years - I know how easy it is to simply void the last Visa transaction. This is store policy at it's worst. I will never be back."
