She should have done a better job of adhering to best buy’s own price match policy. Avoid this place if you ever try to get a price match. 0/10."

"Horrible experience here buying a washer and dryer. They took over a month to deliver an in stock product and then left it in the garage instead of installing it. Now they are saying it is going to take another week to bring them upstairs and install. Geek Squad lied to us about several parts of the process and delivery times. Save the headache and shop elsewhere for anything that needs to be delivered. They don’t have it together in that department."

"Had not been there for years but we very happy to see the place has been refreshed and looks amazing inside. Tons of items are out of boxes and on display unlike most big box stores. I was after a portable battery system that can charge then power items while out and about for the day. They had great options in stock. Walmart, Home Depot and Lowe’s all lacked the items I was after but I found it at Best Buy and for a great price!"
