"Tried to place an order through their website. Went as far as making the purchase. Usually within a couple of days they’ll start processing your order, but them nope nada nothing! I called and sent emails asking about my order and got no response. Called again, nothing. So I had to cancel the order through PayPal because they sure as hell wouldn’t. Why? Why? Have a website? Why? If you’re not gonna process the orders do away with website! That’s just lame! Makes you wonder how many orders are just sitting there and nothing being done about."

"I really don’t like giving negative reviews,, especially of small businesses. However I keep trying to give this place another shot, but literally EVERY time I go in there I get completely ripped off. Everything is behind the counter or in a glass case (as it should be in tobacco shop). I usually have to wait forever to be helped by an employee. They act like they’re knowledgeable, but TWICE now they’ve sold me the wrong product. Their vape devices are heavily overpriced to begin with, but on one particular occasion, the price tag on the device I was purchasing was mis-labeled with that of a different, much higher priced manufacturer. I brought it to their attention, and they said yes, it was a mistake… and they proceeded to raise the price even higher by $10. It was factory sealed, so I couldn’t even look at the actual item inside the box before purchasing it. The employee assured me it was the color/design I described, but only briefly held up the box so I could try and read it myself. After paying over their inflated price, I got to my car, opened the box, only to discover it wasn’t anything close to what I had asked for. Of course, as most stores do, they have a strict NO REFUND policy on opened items. That was a waste of $80. Last week I stopped in there just to get a new cartridge for one of my devices. Which are all kept behind the counter. It wasn’t busy in there at all, and I even showed the employee my actual device in which I needed the cartridge for. Of course, I get home, open it up and discover it’s the WRONG one. I’m so sick of repeatedly getting ripped off by incompetent employees at that place. It’s not worth the convenience. If you drive a couple miles further south down Oceanside blvd, there’s much better vape shops. Most all decent vape shops will actually take the time to show you the device, and even open up the box so you see it BEFORE purchasing it. If you’re looking for a really great vape shop, I recommend Cloudhaven Vapors on Oceanside Blvd instead. They have amazing customer service and much better pricing. They always seem to have exactly what I’m looking for in stock, their employees are friendly, knowledgable and always take the time to ensure you’re purchasing the right item. I’ve always walked out of there happy and it’s definitely worth the extra drive."

"There's a lot of people on here blaming the shop for the quality of the Vapes. they don't make the Vapes. The manufacturer of the Vapes are the ones to blame there are no counterfeits here but from my experience with the corporations that sell the Vapes three out of every 10 have issues. Also when they say it's good for a thousand hits. it doesn't mean 1,000 1 minute hits or a 10-second hit every 5 Seconds. I see so many people with these Vapes hitting them back to back to back to back and that will burn them out fast. If you're going to vape go online and learn how to properly Vape. And use some common sense store owners not going to sell counterfeit Vapes knowing that he could get his license taken away if he gets caught. One more thing everybody says they Mark the prices up. If you haven't noticed everybody's raising their prices if you want somebody to blame blame the geriatric running the country this moment since day one he's been out to take away your rights, your mode of transportation, hoping your eyes people and don't blame small business owners because you are not educated on the situation. And if you're having problems with the Vape try talking to the people that work there I know when I used to vape I used to get them from the liquor store down the street. When I had an issue I went back in and he swap it out no problems. They are able to return defective items all you have to do is go back in and explain your problem show them the receipt. Should not be an issue. If it is then you have all rights to complain."

"Fake Flum!!!! 6k puff tan out in 2 days burnt out and made me feel sick. Compared to my other pebbles and they look different. Also was around $10 more than they normally are. Dangerous and upsetting."

"I just bought a vape here and I thought the box color looked off..after opening I found the vape color to be off as well and it tastes horrible. I’ve heard of people having fakes but I’ve never run into them before. It was also $10 more than I usually pay. $40 down the drain. Insert sad face emoji here. ***update*** I went back in and showed them the difference in the vape colors and he actually gave me a refund….very reluctantly. He was really nice about it so…thank you"
