"Was sold a defective vape and wasn’t allowed to return. Against my better judgment went back a few months later and was shown one vape but then sold a different one. Again wasn’t able to return or get any sort of exchange. There are plenty of other head shops near by that do a little bit more due diligence. Don’t waste your time or cash here."

I had purchased a (overpriced, btw..)CBD product that was "off" -definitely NOT safe to consume-and was not only met with outright hostility when I inquired about their (nonexistant btw..) return/ exchange policy, but was dismissively told to "contact the manufacturer." Wow. It's not like this was my first purchase either, but did that matter? Um, no. Just beyond unpleasant. They have lost a VERY good customer; one that any other establishment(and there a LOT of them..)will be only TOO happy to aquire."

"Really felt discriminated and when I was trying to buy the piece I needed and wanted ..he kept trying to force a more expensive product that I would have no use for and really wasn't helping specially when they say "we don't sell them individually or don't have that" and then I found exactly what I needed at the bottom... like he really didn't want to work or do anything.. If you know what you want don't let them trying selling you just for 10 $ and the worst part was i didn't even get my pen for my medication because how the man was being.. but NIRVANA Smoke shop down the street is great they have a lot more of selection to help find what you want and they are actually knowledgeable and helpful!"
