Express

"It’s 6:15pm on Sunday. Express is supposed to close at 7pm. I asked around and a employee at H&M next door said that this Express location has been closing earlier. Also, asked the security guard who was walking by and said Express closed at 3pm that day and were reported with the mall. This is unacceptable. Drove so far to make a return only to be turned back."

"It’s 6:41 p.m. on a Tuesday and the doors are closed and locked. No sign anywhere. Wish I’d known this before I drove here to return items."

"Great customer service. I tried on a dress and they didn't have it in my size, but they went above and beyond to try to find it at another store. Unfortunately, it was not in stock, but I definitely appreciated that they went out of their way to try to help me find my item."

"Horrible customer service from Nicole. I went up to the register for a return and she did not say a single word I told her I was there for a return and she just took my order. She was fiddling with her nails while I was waiting for her to finish the return. I asked her a question and she was very rude and answered with attitude. When she finished my return she only handed me my receipt and again not a single word. Never had a bad experience with express before until now. This lady Nicole should not be working there if she doesn’t like her job. I hope Express doesn’t allow this kind of customer service."
