"Usually the kids are loud and sound like they are having a great time, but recently all I hear is crying babies -all day long! I just called and said I hate to complain but those babies have been crying for weeks! Are you guys understaffed or something? The lady said yes, apologized and hung up. Now the babies have stopped crying. I would look elsewhere for childcare."
