I am a professional who works with postpartum families, and I see how isolation in the early months of mothering leads to increased stress and perinatal mood disorders. Community Supported Postpartum groups help mothers/parents connect with themselves, their babies, and each other, offering a much-needed resource to our community. When I became a mother myself, I took Kerry's class series and it was a beautiful foundation of connection; I still maintain many friendships formed in our circle as our littles grow big. The wisdom from many of the guest speakers has served me well over the years. Kerry Ingram is a compassionate, nurturing, skilled facilitator of circle.
