Crystal prides herself in ensuring the safety of each and every child, and we experienced this firsthand throughout the COVID-19 pandemic with the precautions she has put in place to help ensure the safety and health of the children. Everyday, Crystal provides us with several photos of our daughter, provides her with delicious meals (started off with sending breast milk/formula at 3-months-old and now we’ve added solids at 11-months-old!) and shares a detailed log of how much milk and solids our daughter ate, how many naps she took and for how long, and her diaper count. At the end of each day, we know what our daughter needs for the next day (diapers, wipes, change of clothes, etc.) based on her log. I’ve never felt so confident about the care our daughter is in. Her communication is impeccable, she is transparent and has an incredibly warm personality. We have had the utmost privilege of being able to send our daughter to Crystal for the past year. She is caring, compassionate, is a true professional and provides us with the peace of mind to know our daughter is in the very best hands."

"We are SO lucky to have had the chance to work with Crystal (Jialing) for so long! She is both incredibly kind and incredibly knowledgeable with infants. Our son started at her Mission Bay location when he was 4 months old and was smiling in her photos in no time! She is excellent about sending us cute photos every day (always with new toys) and helping us keep track of milestones ourselves (for example, realizing that our son was due for an up-size on his bottle nipples). The only reason we are switching daycares is because we got off the waitlist at another facility much closer to our home, and we'd highly recommend her and this Mission Bay site for anyone looking for an amazing in-home daycare for their child."

"Jialing (Crystal) has been such a great daycare provider for our daughter for over a year. She is very organized, tech- savvy (texts photos updates etc.), and up to date on COVID precautions and safety. Most importantly she is very caring and attentive to the children. Our young daughter is constantly learning new skills - this includes verbal language skills (English and Mandarin), social skills with other kids, and physical skills such as navigating obstacles and learning how to dance. She is happy there and it really shows. The daycare environment is clean and safe, and Crystal provides nutritious food for our child. Ultimately as parents we feel 100% at ease when our daughter is with Crystal (not an easy task for us!) Highly recommended!"
