"I called in to see if they had what i was looking for so i didnt waste time driving there. the lady working picked up the phone and said she was with another customer and just hung up on me. wont be going here to buy anything. 10/31/2023 just read the response from the business i gave a review on... seriously had me laughing so hard. the reply is so unprofessional its sad. first off is she was busy all she had to do was say "i am so sorry i am busy can you hold or please call back".... but now I understand you have no clue how to be polite or use your words in a constructive manner so its not a surprise that wasn't said. second off they went so far out of their way to search who i was and try and bad mouth my company in their reply. THAT IS CREEPY!!! STALKER ALERT! beyond that, Commenting on my mental stability is hilarious. All i did was tell my experience , your store, employees and whoever wrote back on my review show low signs of intelligence so i will keep up my review and continue to not go there for my purchases. My suggestion to whoever wrote this review is to think about what you are saying before you write it, think how others will look at you and the business you are representing... you demonstrated low quality customer service and have continued to show you have zero ability to be polite and not put down others around you. Good luck with that and have a great day."

"Worse place, horrible customer service. Walked in thirsty came out angry. Walking into this place and getting (yelled) in an English accent not knowing what i did wrong or what she is saying. This was my second bad experience. The first one was i walked in the old man asked can i help you? I said no im ok. The old man kept rushing me telling me: If you come to the store you must know what you want. He followed me the whole store. I got something from the counter paid and as i walked out , the lady said: next time know what you want. The people are not nice here, if you go one block east next to the 57 freeway Mr. K liquor is the best."

"They have the worst customer service I told them they need to advise the customer of their charging extra to use debit and the lady at the cash register spoke to me like I was trash. I won't ever return it was my first and last time going there."

"Do not rent uhaul from here. They will change your rental agreement without your consent in order to charge you more. When confronted about it, they will yell at you and not assist. The manager yelled at me and told me to call uhaul. I have filed a complaint with uhaul. I do not recommend coming here to do any type of business."

"Do NOT return your Uhaul at this location, charged incorrectly for insufficient gas and a cleaning fee that was unnecessary. They will try to nickel and dime you, too."
