"Ok, so on Monday 02/12/2024 my boyfriend and I (who are rideshare drivers) decided to come to this Ralph's to use the restroom and buy some snacks. Big mistake...we were fooled by the name and "prestige" this overpriced store appears to have. As soon as we opened the restroom doors we both smelled and seen horrendous things in both mens and women's restrooms. I'm not going to be too detailed for the sake of keeping it somewhat professional while writing this review. Let me just say every stall except for one was "out of service". One of them even had a orange construction cone over the seat! I mean it looked like a war zone. Toilet paper and everything else all over the floor. The trash overflowing. Looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks! It was horrible. By far, the worst public restroom I've seen in my life. We both walked out disgusted and decided not to buy our snacks here. Would you trust buying your food from this unsanitary place? Yikes...Byeee never again."
"Went to the seafood section to get salmon fillets. My girlfriend and I asked Donahven to skin the fish for us. Young man was very courteous and walked over to give the fish to us personally."
"Very disappointing, the some shelves are empty, there was only one cash register open , self check out are opened, I had to ask a manager for help, and he just said read it, it says front of you , cant you read?, he was so Rude, I wont be going there again ."
"Ralph's is good grocery store to get what you need.Olways fresh produce fresh baking Bakery, freshly baked Poultry,fresh making Salads. Selph checkup and Open Registers . Employees wery Nice and helpful."
"Before standing in line, I asked an employee if my credit card is needed for a return and she said no you can get cash in that case. I waited in line for 10 min and the cashier who said was the manager! said that she needs a credit card. I told about what the other employee said but she kept saying “visa card, visa card.” I think that it would have been more professional to take responsibility for your employee’s mistake instead of ignoring what I am telling you. Also, managers are usually nice and treat customers well; this one did not look like one at all!"
