"I come in here about once a month, for a quick fill up. I do all my main grocery purchases at Amazon Fresh or Stater Bros. I do not have an idiotic club card and I do not intend to get one. Two frustrations, I hate seeing two prices . This is why I love Fresh, they do not screw you over with "the club price". Secondly, management, please address this to your crew, you need to stop haressing people when they say they don't have a club card! Scan my item or items and let me go please. The last three times I've been in , I've left feeling why I heck did I make a purchase here? It's not just one ask, it's multiple, and then it's maybe you do..I don't! Now quit asking, it's harassment. It's not worth a sign up just to save ten cents a trip,"

"This location has the BEST bakery items (quality, freshness, selection) out of all the Ralphs I've been to! I purchased a Tres Leches cake here for my sister's birthday, and it was seriously as good as a professional bakery cake! I kept getting asked all night where I bought that cake; it was that good!"
"Very rude staff, got ogled and followed around the store for an unknown reason. No one ever said a word to me or my girlfriend even when I asked for help scanning an item with a messed up bar code. The girl with pink and black hair rolled her eyes and ran away very quickly then eye rolled again when the computer forced me to ask for assistance. Manager and other employees came by to stare at me when I was bagging my stuff and I swear I don’t look interesting, besides having brown skin I guess. I don’t understand the kind of people they hire at this store… watched me walk out to my car from the window and all scattered like roaches when I turned to look at them"
