Consequently, I decided to take my business elsewhere, as it appeared that many other customers had also expressed similar dissatisfaction. Additionally, there were instances where attention to detail and cleanliness were lacking. I observed workers handling money, scratching their hair, and then proceeding to prepare sandwiches or tacos without proper hygiene practices. This raised concerns about food safety and sanitation. It is essential for the staff to be aware of the importance of cleanliness and to maintain clean aprons while handling food items. Despite these drawbacks, I must acknowledge that Arugula Market offers the best carnitas I have ever had. The quality of their carnitas is exceptional and worth mentioning. However, it is crucial for the market to address the issues mentioned above to ensure a consistently positive experience for customers. In conclusion, my experience at Arugula Market Fullerton was a mix of both positive and negative aspects. The market should focus on improving customer service by providing adequate training to new employees and emphasizing the importance of hygiene practices. "I have been wanting to visit this store for a while and I’m happy to say it was a very nice experience. This mini market has everything thing you need . Fresh produce , pan dulce , ice cream and carneceria ( carne asada is amazing) and hot to go food ! It was also clean and organized ! I’ll definitely be back :)"

"After searching for "Mexican food near me" I found this little market. The market is well cared for and the produce looks like something you would find in Whole Foods, but with better prices. I ordered the chile verde plate which came with pork in sauce, homemade tortillas, rice, beans, pickled carrots, and limes. The tortillas are the best I've ever had. They look and taste completely different from tortillas in the store and in most Mexican restaurants. They're made on site. The pork was tender and delicious. It had a little fat and cartilage in it but easy to navigate. The chile verde sauce is really flavorful. Just a bit salty but very good. The beans and rice were okay. The service was excellent. There is a little, covered patio outside for eating. Recommended and I plan to return and try the enchiladas, perhaps with mole."

"Small market, but has a lot of basic necessities. Organized and well kept fresh produce, and meat. The eatery inside has a decent selection, more than expected, with a few vegetarian options. I wish they had more selection for pan dulce. Great selection on individual Mexican candies, and cheese! And they have thrifty scoop ice cream. I got the Veggie burrito and quesadilla. It came with 4 salsas, (two red, and two green), and limes. Food was filling and good. I preferred the green salsa, it had more flavor, but overall, very good."
