"great selection, and great service every time I have been here I have been impressed with the selection of whiskey and the pricing is not that bad either."
"Con men ! The owner had a bottle listed online on Drizly at a price so I decided to come in to avoid delivery fees. In store it was priced 100$ more the wouldn't honor the online price , and cancelled my online order !"
"Very rude . I will never shop there ever again."
"Over charged with hidden fees. They don’t give you the receipt so you don’t see it. 50 cents debit card fee on top of that. Be warned. Try to avoid!"
"I wouldn't be leaving this review if they had not blamed me tonight for their own mistakes (plural). 5 stars for the store it used to be. I have been a regular (TOOOoo regular) customer here for over 4.5yrs. When they started delivering it was even better!! But my last 2 orders have been irritating, one took 1.5h (I'm like 3mi away). Tonight's took over 2h, but there's more... I placed the order at 7:30pm. I was checking the porch every 20min in case it was delivered. I also opened the window closest to the porch and left the front door partially ajar bc I know if I didn't hear them arrive the dogs would. By 9 I wanted to go to bed so I called to cancel it. I was told I could not cancel it bc it had been delivered. I told them it was not delivered whilst standing on an empty porch with no delivery. I was then told that they did deliver it and they knew they delivered it bc they saw me (?) look out the window when they dropped it off. So I thought maybe it was stolen, but then I realized the dogs would have barked if someone approached the porch. We hung up. Then I started checking my neighbors porches like a creeper with a flashlight. They delivered it next door. Mind you not only is my curb well painted with my house #, there is a light directly above the house # next to the garage. When I called back to let them know that they delivered it to the wrong address, I was then blamed for not picking up the phone when they called? What? I asked why they needed to call me- they said bc they cannot deliver wine unless someone answers the door. Um...what? Ok, I get it. But they DID deliver the wine w/o someone answering the door, to the WRONG address. I know this bc I picked up off my neighbors porch. Here's the lesson, when you have an extremely loyal customer, do not blame them when you mess up. Parkway Liquor delivered to the wrong address and apparently broke the law (their words) by leaving it on a porch w/o the customer answering the door. I was blamed for both of these mistakes bc I did not answer my phone. Which is ridiculous. Own up when you mess up. The app has been deleted and they lost a longtime customer."
