"Love this store - very clean and organized, with lots of product variety. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have always been able to help me find the weird, obscure products that I sometimes look for. They really have it all! The online Albertsons App is great too, and if you subscribe to it, you can get some incredible deals and digital coupons. Thanks for always being such a reliable and wonderful store :)"

"I tried to call and ask about a wine. After answering, I could hear them asking another associate if they knew anything about wines and since they didn’t, they got back on the line and pretended like they couldn’t hear me so they wouldn’t have to deal with it. Pretty disappointing since there’s no way to check without going there. It doesn’t work on the app. But they could have just been up front."

"As a member of the lgbtqia+ community I usually use the men's bathroom to not cause any problems. But the men's bathroom here is broken and it was an emergency. And the manager Ken and the young girl who works at the self checkout line refused to let me use my gender's bathroom for no reason. I have shopped here for months and I have been treated so poorly today I will be shopping at Trader Joe's and Ralph's from now on I will also be contacting corporate about Ken's terrible customer service."

"This place is huge I can't believe this store is comparative to Costco but not with the membership fee... well there is a store membership and if you have a phone number connected to your account you do get a discount on some items. I strongly suggest you use the membership because that's a discount usually on top of a second discount. they have a wide selection of cool seasonal items such as Oreos in different flavors and potato chips with different colored bags. I guess I was hungry when I went there I didn't have anybody greet me when I came in the store nor did any staff member ask me if I needed help finding anything and I was wondering for quite a bit because I was hungry. My cashier not any type of memorable. Wasn't excellent service nor was it bad service just flat."

"This was absurd! Absolutely stupid. First off I walk up to the chicken case and this older couple walks up shortly after and somehow they get help before me. Okay no big deal…BUT TAKE 10 mins plus (because I left) is ridiculous. He didn’t even acknowledge me smh. Then some skinny older white lady looks at me and just says “cake?” With an attitude and i just said oh no I chicken and she points go over there like come on. I know you guys know how to do customer service better! All I want was some darn wings. I couldn’t be any more disappointed!"
