"In short - my favorite things about the Maker's Place are the people and the space itself! From the moment I drive onto the property, I am greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The people who work here are the heart and soul of the space, each so kind, caring and thoughtful. The teachers and staff go out of their way to support children as they learn and grow together in a safe, clean and well-organized environment. The co-working space is cozy and the attention to detail and thoughtful collection of resources make for a functional and friendly work environment. There are too many wonderful things about the Maker's Place to limit my favorite to a single element... I love it all. My daughter has thrived in the preschool - making great connections with other children and the staff, and her learning has accelerated. She looks forward to school, and misses it when she's gone. In addition to this, my productivity has greatly improved - working from home has it's challenges and it's not always easy to focus on complicated tasks/meetings - but at the Maker's Place I can focus on work and get it done quickly and efficiently, leaving me free to focus on family and self care when I return home. The Maker's Place provides a nice distinction between home and work life - when I leave here, I'm done for the day, whereas when I work from home, those lines are often blurred. All I can say is I wish I had found the Maker's Place sooner than I did. If there is a spot open, snag it - you won't regret it."

"I’ve been working out of the Makers Place for over half a year now and find it so helpful to have a place where I can focus and work while knowing my little son is being cared for. I love that they have childcare on site while I work AND they have such flexible hours to watch my son. It gives me peace of mind and makes it convenient to be able to get work done while I am there. It’s a plus when I see the little guy enjoying his play time with all the other cute little kids and they all get along so well. "I'm back in school as a mom of two and before joining Maker's Place, I was completing all my assignments and taking exams while my kids were sleeping (sometimes sleeping on me!), which left me with very little kid-free time to relax or spend quality time with my husband. Now that my toddler is at Maker's Place, I can complete my school work during the day and use the times when my kids are sleeping to catch up on self-care. My favorite thing about Maker's Place is the proximity. I love being right upstairs from my toddler in case he needs me. That was especially helpful when he was going through separation anxiety. I also love being in the coworking space with the other parents. Even though we all have different jobs, we can connect about our children and parenthood. I absolutely recommend checking out Maker's Place. It's designed for parents by parents and it was the perfect solution to what our family needed."

"Our whole family attends The Maker's Place- childcare, preschool, and co-working. We love having our whole family close together throughout the day. The teachers and staff at The Maker's Place are engaged and interested in our kids and family. Both of our kids have a lot of fun and are always happy at drop-off as they love their teachers and caretakers, and their friends. As adults we love that they have Parent's Night Out once a month, free coffee during co-working everyday, and all of the comfortable amenities of feeling like you are working from home, while being close to our kids, and not being in charge of cleaning up!"
