"Absolutely awful. This lady was standing outside of the store trying to sell us products, would not leave my mom and me alone until we took a sample from her and then she called my mom back non-stop to show her a cream, the lady pumped the cream onto a q-tip swab, my mom thought she would put the cream on her hand and without asking rubbed the product on her eye!! Her eye is completely swollen now and she is in pain having a reaction to it!! This is a terrible product and horribly trained staff."
"This place is amazing! Ilia is super informative and gentle! I can't wait for my next facial treatment! My skin gelt refreshed and it was glowing! Their 24K products are top notch and the LED treatments are the best! Their location is always clean! Michelle and Mike were also so helpful and truly show they care. They are not pushy, I was sold on the 1st encounter because their products truly elevated in quality! Got some classy nice gifts today and added Royal Line to my routine. It's worth the investment! Uodated: I've been getting the Signature truffles Facial. Every time I come my skin is cleaned out and feeling refreshed. Ilia is my stetician. I love coming here and i cant wait to get a Couples one with my hubby next. She is amazing!"
