Cowhorn Vineyard & Garden is a certified Biodynamic winery and farm located in the lush Applegate Valley of southern Oregon. Our nature-focused farming practices and commitment to the ecosystem as a whole result in site-specific wines that truly reflect the time and place they come from.
Visit our Tasting Room open Thursday through Sunday to experience our unique wines, including a classic blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier with aromas of lemon zest, jasmine, and wildflower honey. Our Syrah and Grenache wines showcase the full potential of our vineyard, with rich textures and complex aromatics.

"Gorgeous vineyard with delicious food and amazing wine. Love that they are certified biodynamic and are located in Southern Oregon! Their Spiral blend is my favorite. A perfect place for brunch with the gals, date day with your sweetie, or a solo moment to read and reflect with a gorgeous view. Their servers are knowledgeable and professional. Their tasting room is inviting with it’s spacious and bright atmosphere. If I could I would give a 10/10 rate. Highly recommend!"
"This review is an easy five stars. I'd double it up for ten if possible. Their rep, Druve, (sorry if I spelled it wrong), made us feel wanted and welcomed. The wine was nothing short of outstanding during the tasting. Unbelievable whites, and I didn't even know I liked whites. The brick-oven pizza was nothing short of spectacular and paired perfect with the two whites and two reds we experienced. We'll be making the long trek out to Cowhorn sooner rather than later. Thanks, Druve!"
"Such a lovely experience. Drhuv (sp?) was pouring and with his deep knowledge of wine, it was a fun and educational afternoon. Both the white wines made with the new winemaker’s input and the two reds from the former winemaker were delicious, but I particularly liked the Marsanne Roussanne blend. Those who like Rhône varietals will enjoy the fact that the winery is streamlining their grapes to only Rhône’s."
"Cowhorn has consistently excellent wines and is one of the only biodynamic vineyards in the area along with Troon. The food is phenomenal as well. It's truly an elevated experience akin to Napa and well worth a try."
"This winery is one of the best in the Valley. Price is higher than most, but also it has the best tasting wine I’ve had. They have wood fired pizza and heaters for the cold weather. It’s simply beautiful and modern and the gal who helped us was amazing and knowledgeable."
