"My local home brew store closed and this is the closest to me (45 to 60 minute drive). I didn't realize the time when I left and I got there about 10 minutes before close. I was just going to take a survey of what there was and come back the next day after work, being that work is only 15 minutes away. The woman operating the store allowed me to stay, even after she shut her doors and her signs off. I finished my shopping, paid, and left about 15 minutes after she closed. I really appreciate that kind of service and will definitely recommend the store and will definitely be back for my brewing needs. Excellent customer service!"
"I love this place! They stock a surprisingly good array of malt, hops, and yeast, and are always willing to special order anything I need. Once, when I had a pump go out on brew day, the owner was willing to part out one of his kits and get me a replacement even though he didn't normally sell them individually. Absolutely stellar customer service, and my go-to spot in the valley for homebrew supplies."

"I have been a loyal customer of Bear Creek Malt Supply for over a year and I can't recommend them enough. The owner, Brian, is always very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable in all things brewing, cheese making, and gluten free brewing. He goes above and beyond to get what I need, even if he doesn't have it in stock. The shop is small and tucked away in Talent, Oregon, but it's full of big surprises. Brian takes great care to separate gluten containing products away from his gluten free products. He is also always up for a good chat and has tons of accessories that my partner always loves and has to have. This is the best brew store I have ever worked with and I give them five stars without hesitation."
