"It’s OK, the lack of mid-sized grocery store competition in Central Point shows at this location. Pros: The aisles are clean and it is located close to the freeway. A couple of the cashiers are very friendly and attentive ( shout out Robert and Wendy). The grocery section seems well maintained and the dairy department also shines in this store. Cons: The produce section is very limited and most times I shop the stock is low. Often times I have noticed produce with mold or just appears low quality. NOT ALL the employees are friendly, it’s very common for me to see employees having personal conversations and ignoring customers. Some of the front checkout managers are plain rude as well. Personal experience: I asked for assistance entering an item at the self checkout and the clerk quickly gave herself a “10/10” rating on the keypad before helping me with my issue. She did it without my permission as well. So they also give themselves fake surveys. I only come to this location if I absolutely have to for a couple emergency items. I would much rather drive across town for large grocery shopping trips."

"I did my shopping and went to the self-checkout, and once I was done, I was trying to get out of the little corral where I checked out, and one of the older female employee was looking at a newborn baby that another customer had brought in. Then the female employee looked up at me and yelled in my face, "He's really beautiful." The female employee kinda seemed irritated at me like I wanted to get past her without waiting for her to see the baby. I was just trying to get my groceries and leave the store. It was not a pleasant experience, not very good customer service. Other than that it was fine. Just don't stop that employee from looking at baby's;)."

"Yesterday I witnessed one of the BEST examples of good customer service- no, make that great customer service- at the Central Point Albertsons!!! There was one electric cart available and it wasn’t working properly. A young employee apologized to the woman who was wanting to use it. He advised that he didn’t know how long it would be before another one became available and he offered to take her list and do her shopping for her!!! For whatever reason she opted not to do that, but he took her to a spot where she could sit, presumably to wait for the next cart. He gave me hope that customer service, true customer service, is alive and well. Kudos to him and to Albertsons for their hiring practices and their training."

"This is a horrible place to get a birthday cake for your child don’t come here!!!!! they messed up on my sons Spider-Man cake and name!!! and cupcakes!!! they didn’t call me to tell me that they weren’t able to put the color I wanted!! I wanted a specific color in the cupcakes they didn’t care to fix it !! the manager also didn’t bother to help me fix the cupcakes or the cake at all the least they could of done was fix what they could!! I was so upset and the manager was barely understanding what I was saying to him ! this is a child’s birthday and when you order you expect what you ordered right? Well that wasn’t the case for me! so if I could put zero stars I would thank you Albertsons but this is probably one of the worst cakes my sons ever had !!!!!!!!!! will not be coming back again!!! for a cake will be going to thunderbird or Walmart !!!! The only one that seemed concerned was one of employees that called the manager that was about it!!! I’m so upset about this and I thought I would write a review so somebody else’s child doesn’t have a totally messed up cake also the person on the phone didn’t sound like they knew what they were doing."

"Very clean store... Sometimes. Very friendly staff... Sometimes. One time tho this week I got lost in that store for at least an hour because their cheese section is like looking for the lost city of Atlantis. I finally found my cheese, but much to my dismay they wouldn't take off my digital coupon because I told them I already used it. I just wanted more cheese for the price of one. Very unsatisfied. Besides that, the checkers are very kind, especially Ellie, Dee, and Julie. Those are my ride or die girls. They always are so happy to see me as I am them. Thank you"
