YMCA Camp Jones Gulch

"I had a wonderful time at the YMCA camp at Jones Gulch. Their amenities include a rock climbing wall, a zipline, archery, and a swimming pool. While their food was not Michelin star worthy, it was tasty, well made, and certainly filled the stomach. I thoroughly enjoyed sleeping in the cabins with my friends and exploring the Valley of the Giants with the British tour guides."

"I have such fond memories of this place. I used to work for a company called Oracle around the time when the Loma Prieta earthquake hit in Oct 1989. We were taken to this place for a “bonding exercise”. I don’t know how much we bonded but I enjoyed the ropes course. I remember grown men crying when they were put on a high rope! I would definitely recommend a visit to this place."

"A beautiful camp in the magnificent redwoods. Service and food was great. You need to make reservations, but it's worth it! There are miles of hiking trail, during the summer they have great activities like a zip line, climbing tower, and pool. For those that grew up in the bay area, you may remember coming here to outdoor education in elementary school, a great program that teaches students about the beautiful ecosystem we live in. Outdoor enthusiasts young and old will enjoy this historic camp."

"I remember coming here as a kid in the 90's for summer camp. I think back when I use to come here and my favorite things to do were wall climbing, rope walking/tree obstacles, and the horse back riding and campfire stories. Sad part was when the week was over it was time to go back home & I had to say good bye to all my new friends. Great experience as a kid and would recommend to anyone who has kids. I know when I have kids I'd like to send em here for a great summer experience. Thanks YMCA Camp Jones Gulch"
