"I could not be happier with our experience with Pure Imagination Party Company. My son says his 6th birthday party was the best he ever had. We had a pirate theme and the pirate that we hired through Pure Imagination was absolutely wonderful with all the kids. He took his time with each activity and even adjusted his routine to the kids who were distracted by the large playground. The company itself makes the process to hire through them so easy and they always had a live person available to speak to me the days leading up to my son’s birthday. "I recently booked Spiderman and Black Panther for my son's fourth birthday. The staff is excellent to work with in terms of scheduling. The characters arrived on time and fully in character with music playing. Spiderman was excellent, engaging the kids and talking to them about related characters. The characters came with lots of activities and kept the kids entertained for 90 minutes. My son and his friends had a great time. I will definitely work with Pure Imagination again."

"This company ruined my sons party!!! They promised me a character, told me it was available, 3 days later after I had bought all the decorations, party favors, balloon orders, everything to match the character that was available they gave my reservation away to another party. Horrible company!!!! Just to even give me a straight answer on what character was available. It took them a whole entire week of messaging. Their response time is horrendous! My son was beyoond sad/disappointed!!! I would have gone with his original wanted theme of another character if empty promises weren't made! He was forced to settle for his third choice of theme for pretty much no reason, due to negligence from this incompetent company! So unprofessional!"

"Absolutely wonderful experience. I booked Spiderman and Black Panther for my son's 5th birthday. January 28, 2023, Spiderman and Black Panther arrived on time. The contract stated they would call me a day before the event and also the day of the event, and yes they did. While they were here they interacted with the birthday boy as well as the other children, making sure to include everyone, even the small ones. Black panther and spider man stood in character the entire time. It was just an over all great experience booking with Pure Imagination. I highly recommend this place for any of your parties , but especially spiderman and Black panther. Thank you."
