"This is the place where your child's dream will literally come true. Lisa is the head of this company, and from the beginning of the planning process, she was so enthusiastic, and you can tell she genuinely wants you and your child to be happy. They take care of everything. Literally, all I had to do was bring the lunch and drinks for the adults, and the goody bags - and they take care of: ordering the cake and cupcakes, BRINGING the cake and cupcakes from bakery to the location, preparing a boxed lunch for each child, which included pizza, grapes, and goldfish crackers. They do all the entertaining and announcing, literally I felt like a guest at my own party. I was actually able to enjoy it, and even was able to mingle with my adult friends while the kids were all having fun with the characters! We chose to hire two characters for my daughter's 3rd birthday, Moana and Minnie Mouse. The parties are 2 hrs long but we paid for an extra hour to accommodate all our guests schedules, and it was definitely worth it. The host Lisa, and the characters and their sidekicks were SO patient, never looked stressed or annoyed, and kept checking with me to ask if it's a good time to start the lunch, the cake, the entertainment, everything. During one of the activities which was high energy, my other daughter ran up to me and thanked me for having this party! Everyone left so happy, and we did not have to do the cleanup or any setup for this. 100000% recommend this place for your child's birthday party, and we will be booking with them again for next year! "Lisa really did deliver a wonderful birthday party experience. It actually exceeded my expectations!! The decorations were amazing and the more I looked around the more attention to detail I noticed. She thought of everything that would make a party fun and go smoothly. The best part of all was how fully engaged the kids were throughout the whole party even though we had a wide age range of party goers. I will definitely be doing this again. The whole family agrees. "We had the BEST experience with Play & Parties! We held our daughters first birthday there and our experience from initial call to planning to day of was seamless and stress free. They provided a full planning service and executed our idea and the party wonderfully. They even customized the character’s dress to match the party’s color scheme and theme. The day of was stress free for me and my husband. We showed up and all the activities were planned and everyone all had a great time! They even included a month of unlimited free classes for booking our party and it was perfect as we were able to get our daughter acclimated with the space and staff before the party. Play & parties really made our daughters first birthday so memorable and we look forward to holding more parties there! 20/10 I highly recommend!"

"We celebrated our daughter Joelle's FOURozen Birthday Celebration at Play and Parties just a few weeks ago and it was such a beautiful party! Joelle was in Frozen Princess Heaven! We are so thankful to the Owner and Director, Lisa, and the entire Play and Parties team as well as the beautiful Elsa and Anna characters and the cute Olaf character for their exceptional performance for Joelle and our family and friends! Lisa was such a pleasure to work with and available to answer questions prior to the party. She was so kind and responsive via text and phone and also allowing us to come in the day before to bring in decorations and favors for the party as well as meet with our event coordinator/balloon designer. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure every detail and decoration was perfect! She provided a plethora of gorgeous decorations and linens to make sure the cake table and backdrop looked amazing! She even stayed late into the evening the night before decorating to make sure everything was perfect and ready to go for our party. Lisa and her team worked quickly and efficiently and Joelle's party was perfect! Joelle was in awe of the beautiful Queen Elsa and Princess Anna and had so much fun dressing up and singing and dancing! It was so wonderful to have the special addition of Olaf as well! All of our guests had such a wonderful time and we really do have Lisa and her fantastic team to thank! There is one word to describe our sweet Joelle's Birthday Party and that is JOY!"
