"A pretty good way to enter the wilderness. Getting up the windy road is a little bumpy. But this TL gives you access to granite lake, landers, horseshoe - a lovely sampling of the beauty of the Trinity Alps. Ample parking. Decent signage. Evidence that the trail is maintained."
"The road to the trail head is really well maintained. So many places to go from the trail head and many campsites to stop at if you get tired. Just be prepared to do a lot of uphill."
